Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded the full cost of the order minus 5% transaction processing fee to cover the loss of our merchant charge. Orders cancelled after shipping but before delivery will be refunded the full cost of the order minus the shipping charge and the 5% return fee.

Return Policy

We stand behind our CBD products with a 30 day money back guarantee on all un opened products! If you have opened the vacuum seal bag we will NOT accept the return. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason just contact us with proof of purchase, return the un opened item and we will give you a refund! The return shipping will be at your expense, we will provide the return address upon request.

We will refund the full amount back to the original account you made your purchase from. You will receive the refund within 7 business days after the product has been received by North Star Cannabis. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end.

International Shipping

We are currently not shipping outside the continental United States.
It is completely up to the customer to know your laws. Organic Meds LLC holds no responsibility for lost, confiscated or stolen packages. USPS offers some insurance on the packages and if we are able to complete a claim we will reimburse you for any loss.
